LIST OF PROJECTS:
Project 1 : D.P.S. SCHOOL (OFF GRID SOLAR PROJECT 40 KW )
The proposed Roof Top Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant at School located in Muzaffarnagar, western Uttar Pradesh site would utilize vacant area of about 1288 sq. m. available on the terrace of the building. This school has 1 DG set of 40 KVA,Single Phase currently all load is running through DG set. Normal loads are like C.F.L,FANs,Computers,Smart Classes,Camera etc. while Critical loads are 2 A.C & 2 Submersibles.
This school does not have grid access & school is running Monday to Saturday. The SPV power plant with proposed capacity of 40 kWp would be for peak load at day time (8:00 A.M to 2:00 P.M while for the remaining time load requirement is just 6-8 kW. This project is proposed in two phase. In First phase we will install 10 Kw off-grid, while IInd phase further addition of 30 kw standalone solar PV System.
The 40 kWp SPV power plant is estimated to afford annual energy feed of 67500 kWh considering efficiency of the solar module as 15-16%, Inverter/ Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) as 94% and losses as 3% in the DC and AC system. The Plant would operate at an average annual capacity utilization factor of 20.24%. The energy available from the Plant would vary from a minimum of 53961 Kwh during the month of July to a maximum of 77788 Kwh during the month of March.
Project 2 : ON-GRID SOLAR PV ROOFTOP SYSTEM (NOIDA)
This 10 Kw on-grid Roof Top Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant is located at Commercial building in Noida. The site has available vacant area of about 300 sq. m. available on the terrace of the building. This building has grid connection & contracted load connection of 180 Kva from Paschimanchal vidyut vitran nigam limited. Available space was enough for 25 Kw solar PV System.There are two DG sets which is available (62.5 Kva & 162 Kva). Normal loads that are present like C.F.L,downlighters, TV, Refrigerator, cooler, fan, R.O System,computers,printers.
The 10 kWp SPV power plant is estimated to afford annual energy feed of 16875 kWh considering efficiency of the solar module as 15-16%, Inverter/ Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) as 94% and losses as 3% in the DC and AC system. The Plant would operate at an average annual capacity utilization factor of 20.24%. The energy available from the Plant would vary from a minimum of 15200 Kwh during the month of July to a maximum of 18250 Kwh during the month of March.
On our site visit we found load is imbalanced there (A1 = 76.8, A2 = 52.4, A3 = 32.3 ), recommended firstly load should be balanced, PFC is installed there ,hence P.F. is very good (0.945 ). Wiring is done in a proper manner , from main bus-bar to main Power distribution box and secondary distribution box. We never compromise with quality & always choose the best components like module from VIKRAM/Waaree,PCU from SMA ,Delta& REFUSOL ,AC & DC CABLE from Havells,AJB & Earthing solution from Hensel & Dehn.
Project 3 : ON-GRID SOLAR PV ROOFTOP SYSTEM (GHAZIABAD)
Project 4 : SATYAM THEATRE TO CONDUCT A TOTAL ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT
Satyam Theatre based at Ghaziabad , is a Pioneer Cineplex and leading entertainment hub that has appointed Primotech to provide total energy and environmental management services, to assess its energy. It will be the first step to develop an energy and environmental program plans to implement energy and environmental program to reduce its annual energy spend. To begin this initiative, Satyam Theatre has partnered with Primotech Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to provide an assessment of their current environment and identify areas where savings can be achieved.
Primotech Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will benchmark Satyam Theatre against key implementation success factors, such as data management capabilities, execution and evaluate the performance of its energy data, behavioral and operational data and facility details. Results from the assessment will feed into the creation of Satyam Theatre strategic energy and environmental plan.
